Catalog whole disks or only single directories with this comfortable Disk Manager. They are stored in a compact database and can be viewed liked in Windows Explorer. The program can even catalog the contents or ACE, ARJ, CAB, JAR, RAR, TAR and ZIP archives. You can easily manage your data by using folders or categories. Give items in your database a description, a comment, an image thumbnail or other information, to identify them more easily. Add password-protection to protect items in your database.
To search for files, you can open multiple search dialogs with options for date, size and categories. The fast search function supports as well wildcards. Once you found a file, you can open or copy it directly from within the program.
The program can automatically create descriptions for some file types, e.g. MP3s. This feature is extensible with plugins. For Audio-CDs, the program can query information from Gracenote CDDB, either directly when scanning a disc or as a batch run for multiple discs, or read it from cdplayer.ini or CD Text. To export or print data stored in your database, you can create customizable item listings, which can even show user-defined columns for information stored in file names.
