Since you want to remember your triumphs and occasional setbacks Dieter Journal is set up as a perpetual diary without limits. You can begin your chronicles at any point in the year but it is most important to start it today, right now, because if you put it off you might never start it. You can include in the Dieter's Journal: text that you may type in, audio or video.
You can note your thoughts, plans, observations or poems that your Diet has inspired. You can also maintain your very own Food and Exercise databases.
The journal is divided up by each day of the year. For each day, you can see what you where doing the same day for many years.
This great software is for any Dieter young or not so young. Non-computer types or computer users of any age can use this software. As a special treat, with the click of a mouse button you can generate web pages that contain all your Journal entries.
