The Report Viewer allows you to view and refresh multiple reports at one time. The available reports are in different tabs, and all the reports in your Report List tab are available from the drop down box. That gives you a quick way to open other reports, while viewing one. If the pc is configured to access the data source, you will be able to refresh the reports using this software. The reports viewers interface allows easy access to all of your Crystal Reports. The combo box on the tool bar allows you a report of your choice while viewing another rpt. The opening tab allows you clear access to your reports. Here you are able to add and remove reports to and from the list. The report viewer allows you to export and email your report your to the following formats: Crystal Report File with Saved Data (RPT), Portable Document (PDF), document file (DOC, Word), Excel file (XLS), Excel record (XLS), HTML 3.2, HTML 4.0, text file (TXT), XML, and a tab separated file. The report viewer is built for the Windows operating system. It requires the .Net 2.0 framework to run. The .Net Framework is a free install from Microsoft. The install package will prompt you if you need to install the .Net Framework. The program is free to try. Quality enterprise reporting solution.
