Task Actions is a full-featured network multiuser system for managing projects and tasks. Task Actions allows you to quickly, easily and ? what is most important ? effectively solve such tasks as: centralized storage of information about current projects. All the information about projects is stored in the Task Actions Server database; organizing any tree-like structure for storing projects and tasks; accessing tasks simultaneously by any number of users; controlling the progress in solving tasks by projects managers; setting different access permissions for users according to their tasks. Each user can see the information about only those tasks that he has access to; and much more.
The system for managing projects and tasks Task Actions has a built-in system for notifying users about changes applied to task parameters, such as description changes, deadline changes, new messages, etc.)
Task Actions will timely notify its users about a new task and about the coming deadline for a task.
Each task in Task Actions has a separate forum where users can discuss together the ways of solving the task. When a new message is posted in the forum, all users receive a notification about the new post.
Tasks in Task Actions can have files attached to them, such as documents, tables, specs, etc. that instantly become available to those engaged in this task.
Task Actions Client has a powerful built-in text editor that allows you to format text, use images, tables, insert hyperlinks in task descriptions. The same features are available for creating messages in tasks.
Task Actions has a built-in hierarchic tree representing the structure of the company. Thanks to it, the director can take a look at what his subordinate is working on at the moment and what tasks there are on his to-do list at any time. At the same time, a subordinate person cannot take a look at what there is on his supervisor's to-do list.
