PbxTools PhoneJournal is a call accounting software designed for small and medium offices that can help reducing the phone bill and give real-time information about outgoing and incoming calls inside the company. The application captures the call data from the PBX unit and stores it in a database. This information is used to generate reports that point out the most expensive calls and their distribution by time, user, extension, trunk, etc.

For this reason, it was designed to be very robust and includes features to notify an administrator if no data is received in a certain amount of time.
