TeleQ is a programme that creates soundscapes. By that I mean a sound environment - a scene you can listen to and experience. Using random 3-D sound positioning, movement and frequency changes, TeleQ can create any number of sound environments. The soundscapes are created within downloadable "TelePacks", which are files that can be played in TeleQ Player and edited in TeleQ Editor
