Polyglot 3000 is a curious program that recognizes over 4,000 languages by a word, a phrase, a sentence or a text typed in the program window.
The operation of the software cannot possibly be easier. To recognize a text, you just have to insert it into the input field and click the corresponding button. The software can search for a correspondence in all languages, only prominent languages or Cyrillic ones. You can set this option through the menu.
The result is produced in no time. The longer a text is, the more likely it is that the program determines the language correctly.
On the upside, recognition results feature not only the language recognized and recognition time, but also recognition accuracy in percent and languages that are similar to the one that has been recognized.
Though the software sometimes produces funny results, it is worth trying if you often deal with the problem of language recognition. This problem being not very common, however, the program can be used just for entertainment purposes. |
