Editor review of Image Water Marker |
2007-07-08 |
If you expect from a watermarking program nothing but stamping images with watermarks, then Image Water Marker can be a suitable pick for you.
The software accepts *bmp, *jpeg and *gif images as original ones and offers users the choice of *jpeg, *gif and *png files as the outcome.
The program's window is comfortably divided into two parts, with the left one serving to display the original image and the right one being a preview window. It should be pointed out at once that Image Water Marker takes time to apply changes made by users to an image, thus there is a displeasing feeling of the software's performance being sufficiently slowed down. It is even more striking due to the fact that the changes available are rather few. Users can only determine the transparency of a watermark and its font. There is even no chance of altering the position of a watermark on the image. A conspicuous spelling error in the word "transparency" does not give a good impression either.
All told, we cannot strongly recommend this program. |
