Adobe Photoshop

Every time I try and download the free software version of adobe photoshop it downloads the .exe, and begins to run it, but just ends up with a opened window thats fully white and not responding. This happens no matter what site i download the exe from. This is the first time ive tried using free download manager, and I dont know if its my computer's inability to run adobe photoshop exe's, or FDM itself. Lemme know.
