Missing options

hell-o, I am new here,and have question. booted up computer this mourning and now when I "right click" on a download link, my FDM options are not present, and if I click upon link for download it doesn't use FDM to download item. Is there a "reset" procedure to correct this problem? or how does one fix this? thanks
