Can someone tell me the major differences between the old and the new FDM?

I am asking this because the "old" one serves me at 100% and I do not know if I need to upgrade.

First you got the UI is different and v3 is more allows it to be more customized in what it can do. And my run with v5 wasn't the best as it didn't give me control on downloads as oppose to v3. So if you want more controls and what preferences then go with v3 until they can allow you to customize v5 settings then I stay away from it. If you download and want more control stay with v3. That's the giss of it and that to me is what at the end of the day matters that it does what I want not what it wants from the settings.

In my opinion, v3 is smoother, lighter and more powerful than v5.
