Please remove the delay to show the tooltip of system tray icon.
Add another column for URL (Download link) in the main program.
If possible add an option to download context menu for instant copy the URL(s) to clipboard.

Start minimized does'nt seem to work with load on start up.
If you tick both optionsd FDM will load on start up but will not start minimized, it wilkl minimize to windows tray.

FDM 3.5 does not play well with mirrors. For instance I have been trying to download the newest libreoffice and that whole download scenario is taken care by something called mirrorbrain. The mirror for my country, in this case ftp.iitm.ac.in isn't up and FDM goes into a loop without asking mirrorbrain for a secondary link or something.

I'm not sure when it's mentioned in this RC that it will handle UTF-8 filenames better as in direct links and including redirected links ?

But FDM downloads it and save it as:
Dance In The Vampire Bund - [EAC] &

I suppose this is quite a common issue in other download managers as well where most of the ones I used are developed with non full UTF-8 codebase in mind
