no one knows... I have this bug (and now in build 800) after I changed in some downloads their "download properties". Think you should open many windows as you can in program (options, properties, etc., even about) many times. And wait.
Oh. And you need to install vista)))

I use XP and got this bug too. So it's not about Vista.

Usually I download a lot of stuff from Rapidshare server which of course require a username and password authentication. I can not find any place in your FDM that let me save the authentication information as well as the servers names with related authentication information.

sorry I found where to save the passwords and usernames for servers such as rapidshare, however, I was hoping this to be somewhere in the setting to allocate earlier, not only when I wand to download something it asked me and i have to go and find a file to download so to configure FDM to do so.

Downloads from rapidshare, using premium accounts, stil doesnt work directly from fdm. When you login at rapidshare (using your browser), fdm works fine. Site manager function seems to be useless. Again.

Hi Alex,
Some pages in the Settings dialog looks ugly when enabling ClearType font smoothing feature. Thats because some pages use "MS Sans Serif" instead of "MS Shell Dlg".
So, can you please use "MS Shell Dlg" as the font in all pages.
To be exact, all pages under the "Downloads" tree use that ugly MS Sans Serif.

Hi,

I just want to tell that the 2.6 beta 800 is fantastic. :D

... but I still miss that one feature that is there, but just not usuable as it should : The Scheduler.

I have (just like tens of millions) an ISP that only counts nightly traffic for 50%, starting from 02.00am to 08.00am.

So I would like to set the default Scheduler time to start downloading on 02.10am and stop at 07.50am by default, on every day of the week.

But no matter how many times I configured a schedule to start at that time, every time I schedule another download job, the scheduler defaults to start at 14.00h only on the current day.

So please, Alex.

Is there an option so that we can set the scheduler to always default start at 02.10am, on every day of the week. The options are there, I just cannot find an option to set a default schedule.

Thanks a lot for this great downloader ! :)

You should create 2 tasks: start all downloads and stop all downloads.
Set time to 2 and 8am. Both should be set to be launched every 1 day.

Hi Alex,

I cannot do that, when creating a new schedule task, and I have set the correct options and times, when I click Apply or OK, a popup tells me "Please select Downloads" , and a task cannot be created. :(

Please, disregard, i selected "Start Download" while it should be "Start ALL downloads".

Thanks again !

FDM is lonely at the top of the download managers, you should created a donation option. Will donate directly, hopefully everyone else who loves and uses FDM will do that to ! :)
