Bug? Download speed goes down to zero for no reason

Sometimes I have to click stop and resume for the download to continue. Didn't have that problem with 0.9
Anyone experienced the same?

The same here!
I didn't have this strange problem with 0.9 or a previous build of 1.0.
(Now in use: 1.0 build 194 with 56k dial-up connection)
