on completion run this command feature

would you consider an "on completion command" feature which could be coded with these placeholders:

I have a script that will speak the name of a download when it is completed (written for vuze). The other fields are for creating a log file.

I could then have my script triggered when download completes.
eg notify.bat "%F" "%I"

It would be a good replacement for "antivirus check" option currently available in FDM. Now you can only add comments to a download filename and pass it to any app used instead of antivirus.
