Preview File Modified Time before download

In “Add download” window “Query size” button, add feature to show also “file modified date and time specified by the server” also with size as it’s very useful to know whether it’s the same fie with the same name or a new version modified later than a one already have.

In “GetRight”; “Save or Open Download – GetRight” window this feature is there on a “Get Size & Date” button & it’s very useful.
