Adding Sounds for actions

I suggested they add this to Fresh Download, and they did!

What you have is an extra tab in the options, with values for Start Download, Finish Download, and Download Stopped. Each entry points to a .WAV file, which is played when the action happens. That way, you can go off and do something else, and hear when the download is completed.

I still available - check options please...

BTW, I have troubles with this setting in FDM - I get a crash :-( when I want to assign a sound...
