File integrity check: add SHA-512 support

SHA-512 verification adds a stronger integrity check option for security-conscious users and enterprise workflows. It helps confirm files are not corrupted or tampered with after transfer. This improves trust for software distributions and critical archives.

Native Apple Silicon build for macOS

FDM now runs natively on Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series) chips, without Rosetta translation. Intel Macs are still supported with a separate build on the download page.
